What can I expect from the event? This exhibition offers a captivating new way to connect with the timeless tale reimagined through modern world illustrations. Enter the captivating world of Alice: Into the New World at GROUNDSEEAW Singapore, where iconic scenes bloom across towering 6-meter digital walls. With stunning 3D visuals, soaring narration by professional voice actors, and an exclusive K-POP producer soundtrack, this immersive exhibition transforms timeless imagination into a breathtaking journey beyond the page.
Where is the experience located? The experience is located at 3F Parkview Square, 600 North Bridge Rd, Singapore 188778.
What are the session timings? Please check the screening schedule here. Each ticket gives access to 1 screening for the timeslot indicated on your ticket. Screening starts hourly on the dot, please arrive at least 10 minutes before so you don’t miss it.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in a 14,500 ft air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? There is 35 minutes of storytelling-based video viewing time and 15 minutes to explore and take pictures. Including the art shop and touring the exhibition hall, the total time required is approximately 1 hour.
Is there parking available? Paid parking is available at the venue. Parking charges are not included in the tickets.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase? Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Is there Virtual Reality? This experience does not include Virtual Reality.
Is there a dress code? There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
Should “Valid Pass” holders buy a resident or tourist ticket? Valid pass holders (E Pass, S Pass, Visa holders, Work Pass, Work Permit, Dependent's Pass, etc.) may purchase resident tickets.

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door? Tickets are available for sale onsite. To avoid queues onsite, we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? Changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience, subject to availability. Should you wish to change the date and/or time of your visit, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Can I make a group booking? For groups of more than 15 people, please reserve your tickets here.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrivals risk missing part of the experience and might be asked to wait until the next session.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals kept under proper control, held by a leash and restrained from straying, causing annoyance, nuisance or damage to any property.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape? Sharp items, food and drinks are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is not allowed.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? Yes, there will be seating available in the main exhibition hall, and stool chairs will also be provided. Additionally, you are free to sit on the floor and watch our theater type exhibition.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at groundseesawasia@mnart.co.kr.

Please note that all valuables (wallets, passports, ID cards, jewelry, etc.) will be handed over to the police after 30 days, and all other items will be discarded after 30 days.

Is a coat check available? Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement? This experience is recommended for ages 4 and up. First 35 min of the exhibition feature a story-driven media art movie that requires seated and focussed viewing. Infants and toddlers may have difficulty engaging with this format. Prams/strollers are not allowed inside the venue.
Will there be an audio guide? Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide, as it is a storytelling-based theater type exhibition.
