What can I expect from the event?
Van Gogh Inside is an immersive exhibition that brings the life and works of Vincent van Gogh to vivid reality. Currently in Singapore, this extraordinary experience invites visitors to journey into the world of one of history’s most celebrated post-impressionist painters. Step into a breathtaking display where Van Gogh’s iconic paintings come alive, projected across massive walls and even the floors, accompanied by a symphony of classical music. A narrator weaves a compelling narrative, transporting you to the Netherlands and France of the 19th century, sharing insights into Van Gogh's struggles, inspirations, and creative genius. This exhibition offers a captivating new way to connect with Van Gogh’s art and legacy.
Where is the experience located?
The experience is located at 3F Parkview Square, 600 North Bridge Rd, Singapore 188778.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in a 14,500 ft air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
There is 45 minutes of storytelling-based video viewing time and 15 minutes to explore and take pictures. Including the art shop and touring the exhibition hall, the total time required is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Is there parking available?
Paid parking is available. There will be additional fees:
Mon - Fri (Before 5 pm)
$2.16 for the first hour,
$1.08 for the next subsequent 30 min from 7am to 5pm.
Mon - Fri (After 5pm)
$5.40/4hr from 5pm to 7am the following day.
Saturday
$2.16 for the first hour, $1.08 for next subsequent 30 min from 7am to 1pm,
$5.40/4hr from 1pm to 7am the following day.
Sunday / PH
$5.40/4hr from 7am to 7am the following day.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience does not include Virtual Reality.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes! There will be merchandise for sale at the shop.
Should “Valid Pass” holders buy a resident or tourist ticket?
Valid pass holders (E Pass, S Pass, Visa holders, Work Pass, Work Permit, Dependent's Pass, etc.) may purchase resident tickets.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets are available for sale onsite. To avoid queues onsite, we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Please note that the exchange policy differs based on when you purchased your ticket:
- If you have purchased a ticket before February 17th and you have a ticket for a specific date & time, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. If you need assistance with this, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.
- If instead you have purchased a ticket after February 17th and you have an open ticket, please note that it will be valid for any date and any screening at GROUNDSEESAW Singapore within the event's operating hours, up until April 30th, 2025. Ticket type changes (from resident to tourist or vice versa) are only allowed if the ticket has not been validated. If you need assistance with this, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.

Can I make a group booking?
For groups of more than 15 people, please reserve your tickets here.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session. Late arrivals risk missing part of the experience and might be asked to wait until the next session.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals kept under proper control, held by a leash and restrained from straying, causing annoyance, nuisance or damage to any property.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Sharp items, food and drinks are not permitted. Smoking or vaping is not allowed.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual; however, we do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, there will be seating available in the main exhibition hall, and stool chairs will also be provided. Additionally, you are free to sit on the floor and watch our theater type exhibition.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at groundseesawasia@mnart.co.kr.
Is a coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to enjoy this experience! Kids under 4 years old enter for free and don’t need a ticket. Please keep in mind that the space is not accessible for prams/strollers.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide, as it is a storytelling-based theater type exhibition.
